Returns/RefundsBroken tiles:We provide the most protective packaging to the tiles, and assume responsibility for tiles arriving damaged during transit. Buyer's change of mind:As a general rule, we do allow non-defective unsatisfactory returns on returnable products, if notified in advance of the return (by email) within a 10-day period from the time of receipt.Clients that change their minds after the order has either shipped or has been delivered, are subject to 30% restocking fee, and return shipping to our Florida warehouse at buyer's expenses.
